Li Xincheng: president of Yunnan Institute of Building Research, building material expert, senior engineer, doctor graduated from Department of Engineer, University of Cambridge, Britain, technical innovation talent of Yunnan Province, national labor model, participating in drafting 5 national and industrial standards related to concrete such as Concrete Strength Test and Evaluation Standard, directing many provincial and municipal scientific and technologic research items, wining 4 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological advancement, and publishing over 10 papers. Presently, he is a member of National Technical Committee on Concrete of Standardization Administration of China.
