It is the only comprehensive scientific research, development and technical service institution in the construction industry of Yunnan Province, providing systematic technical services for urban construction, management and operation. It is a high-tech enterprise and innovative pilot enterprise in Yunnan Province, and has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. In 2021, it was selected as the growth cultivation object of "new research and development institutions".
