At the meeting, the two sides introduced their business scope, talent training, operation system construction and key work, and each party branch shared and exchanged information on party building work. The twinning and co-construction was aimed at "promoting development, serving the masses, uniting people's hearts and promoting harmony", with "mutual building of organizations, interaction of teams, mutual use of carriers and business interoperability" as the content. Secretary of the first party branch, Lei Hao, deputy director of the Institute of New Technology, Zhou Xueli, secretary of the second party branch and director of the Quality and Technology Department, and Wu Nayan, secretary of the party branch and manager of the Base Investment and Operation Branch, signed the "Twinning Agreement" on behalf of both parties.
