　　Chapter I General Provisions

　　The second chapter completion and acceptance of the conditions

　　Completion and acceptance , the third construction project construction unit shall , after obtaining urban planning, public security and fire , environmental protection, urban construction archives department issued the approval or permit the use of file organization .

　　After the completion and acceptance of the fourth residential project should be completed all construction contract includes engineering , including outdoor organizations .

　　Article completion and acceptance of construction projects should be water, electricity, gas and other ancillary works completed and tested after passing organizations .
